Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must have prior knowledge of curly haircare
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 3+ years of proven work experience within social media 
  • Familiarity with online marketing strategies and channels 
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Expertise in managing multiple social media platforms 
  • Ability to deliver creative content ideas 
  • Ability to create compelling content
  • Strong presentation and speaking skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships easily
  • Ability to focus on multiple projects at once
  • High attention to detail
  • Up to date with the latest trends, pop culture and news/media
  • Highly proactive with little direction needed

 Job Overview:

The Influencer Manager will be a key part of the Marketing team, helping to define and manage our Brand's social strategy, and plan and execute large-scale influencer programs that drive customer acquisition and customer retention.  Duties include: 

  • Identifying and developing relationships with key bloggers and online influencers;
  • Developing global influencer marketing strategies;

  • Analyzing end of campaign performance, and identifying successes and areas of improvement;
  • Identifying and working together with relevant influencers, negotiating fair rates for content, and ensuring the relevant agreements are in place;

  • Collaborating with others on the marketing team to bring campaigns to life;

  • Connecting with and serving as the contact point for influencers;

  • Assisting in creating an Influencer Marketing Strategy;
  • Managing various projects and other duties as assigned by the CMO.
  • Facilitating Wash and Go Wednesday
  • Managing Core Relationships with a few key vloggers
